Gotnit for a friend to alleviate back pain and menstrual cramps. Great in pretty much every aspect. Especially for the price. Gets hot with strong (but quiet) vibration. Lasts a while, switches off every 30 minutes but you simply turn it back on.

Bought one for my daughter in law and she praises it. I bought another for one of my granddaughters. Basically it works as described, helps where needed and a huge bonus is, it can be worn while moving around or at work. I wish they had been available years ago for my wife. To be honest, I'm considering trying it for my back ache. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this pad! It’s so discreet and really helping with pains I get in my hip. I suffer with endometriosis and adenomyosis so I use it on my lower back and it comforts the pain straight away! So easy to use! I have purchased a second one so whilst one is charging I can use the other and alternate. I’d say the battery lasts 2.5-3 hours which is fine because I don’t need it all day everyday but it’s nice to have both. I use it on full heat all the time but that’s through clothing and that’s a nice heat on my back. Not too hot and burning. The belt is easy to adjust as Well so I feel comfortable and not like it’s going to fall off!

this heating pad is really very practical and good for menstrual pain and stomach pain the heat helps so much to reduce pain and also to stop feeling stomach and menstrual pain ... yes or use it with vibration only that I the noise of the vibration is annoying. the vibrations are not strong they are weak from my point of view perhaps also because it is a small heating pad, however the heat is ok it has 3 levels of heat and three levels of vibration. I would say excellent for stomach pain and excellent for pain as well menstrual. I really recommend it for all ages, it's excellent, best wishes.

I bought this product to help with stomach cramps as for medical reasons i am unable to take pain relief. Product arrived well packaged in a nice little box, come with charger and a little storage bag. However the first thing you notice upon opening the box is a very overwhelming unpleasant smell, this smell comes from both the product itself (the heat/fabric side not the plastic side) and also from the storage bag. Its very overpowering and sickening, I have binned the bag and tried to air the product itself. Now use, the product has a very easily adjustable waist band, i am a size 16 and it will go smaller and much bigger than i need. Its has 3 “massage modes” 1 is a constant low vibration 2/3 feel exactly the same as each other and are a pulse. They are VERY noisy, like irritatingly so unless you wear under a fee jumpers. It has 3 heat modes, i couldnt feel anything on 1 or 2 so use 3. Nothing for a while and then my skin gets slightly warm and very itchy. I will however make note that i do have issues feeling temperature so this could be entirely down to me and not the product. It has help reduce cramping and pain so if you can muddle through the smell the price is worth it.

Came vibrating which is kinda sus for the delivery driver aha. Came drained of battery then on top of that the heating is really bad. It does not reach the temperatures stated. Pretty sad when its needed.

I bought this for my severe period cramps, after years of struggling. I often am glued to a hot water bottle during my period, and I bought this to help me at work (I'm a teacher). I wasn't expecting much given the price point but I was pleasantly surprised. Pros: - Excellent heating - you do have to wear a layer of clothing underneath to avoid burns, but the heat still penetrates through it. - Size - smaller than it looked, and is very discreet if you're wearing clothing over it. - adjustable straps - I have large hips and I was worried it wouldn't fit my size 16 body, or be too tight, but the strap can be made to be very large. - Very comfortable - Pain relief is as good as a hot water bottle, and because it's smaller it can target specific points rather than heating the entire belly. - Automatic switch-off - very convenient for my ADHD brain. - Battery life Cons: - Sits most comfortably a little higher on my abdomen than I need it. Often my pain is quite low, and the pad can get there most of the time, but isn't perfect. - Automatic switch-off - inconvenient for my ADHD brain (legit just depends on the day), and also not discreet when teaching as I have to adjust it frequently, but conveniently I don't think my students care. - Vibration is noisy and not at all discreet, but honestly works well without it.

I was worried that this wouldn't be warm enough. It only has three different heats and the highest is enough for me. I get insane pain, and I worried that the device wouldn't be enough for me, but it works nicely. It's not perfect but it's nice to be able to walk around. I'm so used to being stationary when the pain hits.

I like it i get bad cramps that make me not want to leave the heating pad now i can take it with me. It’s pretty hot but it’s not made to sit on bare skin wear over clothes i usually leave mine on a one 2 if im wearing something thicker. I like it alot. Fits pretty well I’m a 1x in clothes might fit a 2 x but that’s as wide as it gets would fit XS to 1X in sizes🥰 And u can’t beat that prize
