I have been using Alka-Seltzer Brand products for decades. I got a cold and decided to try Alka-Seltzer Plus Severe Cold Power Fast Fizz. The tablets fully dissolve in about 30 seconds. The taste is pleasant and it truly is 100% non-drowsy, which is very important so I can continue my day. It made my symptoms less severe and made my day at work bearable. The night tablets enable me to sleep though the night with minimal issues. I love the combo pack, it’s cost efficient and effective because you have medicine for day & night.. It's convenient that it has both and you don't need to purchase them separately. This is definitely something that I will keep on hand for my family and I.

Honestly, I swear by Alka-Seltzer products. They're the only cold, cough, flu, congestion medicine that actually helps me for more than an hour. When I need to be up and going even though I feel terrible, these always get be through my day. I don't ever have side effects and though they don't taste the greatest, they work. I can appreciate taking medicine that doesn't taste like candy. For anyone with a nasty cold I highly suggest these.

After a week of having a really bad cold tried this medicine and it doesn't taste like citrus fruit but it does help a little bit. I put it in a full tall glass of water which helps me get the water that I need to prevent dehydration.... On the advantages it doesn't have an acetaminophen this says it has aspirin in it. Asprin has been around for a hundred years and doesn't have a lot of recalls it's tried and tested.... One thing I like is that this medicine gets rid of the headache I have had with this cold. I probably would use this again out of all of the medicines that I've tried the DAYQ medicine AND THE OTHER MEDICINES... This one seems pretty fast & effective. Dollar for dollar it is a good value. Also it clears the sinuses pretty quickly I don't know if it's the effervescence or the medicine being in a liquid form working really quickly but just in the time that it took me to write this my sinuses are clear.

It really helped my flu !!! It tastes kind of like soap to me, so I added an electrolyte drink. I will be buying again!!!!
