Old Wisconsin Snack Sticks provided me with the protein snack I want. I like the flavor of the beef best, but I always order some of the Turkey Sticks too!

Tastes pretty good. Doesn't seal well due to hole being punched in lid on both canisters I ordered. It seems like hole punches were by shipping , not deliberate from factory...sad.

The flavor isn't anything amazing or will make you go "dang, that's great!" It's good, and I've seen some reviews say mild spice. Thee is zero spice in these. These make a great on the go snack.

It has a bit of a bitter taste which I liked at first, but now have mixed feelings on (have my taste simply changed ?), the meat is a bit on the mushy side and strange: I like and dislike this at the same time, it's a good value for the money and keeps for a long time in the container, in the fridge.

My son absolutely loved this re-usable container of sausages, He is a gamer, and loves to snack while playing. This is an easy choice as they are mess free, tasty and perfectly sized. The flavor was great and the chew are both just right. (He is a texture eater, and found these to be ideal for his palette.) You get 2 dozen smoky sticks in the container, and they are each individually packaged. ( so easy to put into a pocket or snack pack) The price was a nice find too, as they were reasonably priced for a protein snack. I will order these again, and will remember these for occasions like my Brothers and Brother in-laws Birthdays. They are the ideal "Guy" gift!

Good product

These are good but different from other brands. These are milder and much softer. To me the texture is more like liverwurst or patte inside. What I didn't expect was they are not individually wrapped and need refrigeration so not as easy to pop into a backpack to have a snack on the go. The protein content and fat content is comparable to other brands. These have beef and turkey and competitors have beef pork and chicken so with the seasoning it is all very similar. Since these arent as portable I have been cutting one up to add to scrambled eggs in the morning to make a higher protein meal, much easier than trying to have sausage on hand in small portions.
