why are people buying these sleeping aids when the main ingredients are sugar?

i bought them for the melatonin and other sleep inducing herbs. i have since stopped taking them because of the sugar....and they we'ren't all that effective

I would think it would rot one’s teeth. Gummy are sticky and brushing teeth may not get all that sticky stuff off.what is your thou ghts on this.

They aren't any stickier than any other gummies. If you are concerned about getting stuck in your teeth, floss should get it out

Is it time release or regular?

I don't see anything on the label that says time released they do work. I will be re-ordering these. I could not find them in the stores
