Do these add cushioning at all? My Avalon's seats are leather but hard and stiff. Looking for something to soften the seat a bit.

Not, really. They only provide a little bit of cushion.

Can you still feel seat heater?

It takes a little bit longer to feel but you can feel it. I have to put my heated seat setting on high then after I feel the heat I turn it down
