Just get it, you will be happy you did.
This is the kind of book thats just perfect to take to work and get some reading in on your break times. Even better on a day off at the park to read it. Its one of those books that if you don't buy it, you'll just keep thinking about it. I work at Amazon in packaging. I keep running into this book because this one gets ordered a lot and I package it at least four times a week. I finally needed to get it so I did. So far so good.

As an overthinker, I have found this book incredibly helpful. It is teaching me how to let go of the things I cannot control and focus my energy on fixing what I actually can change.

The Art of Common Sense
This book is really about tapping into your common sense. Nothing groundbreaking or new, no “aha” moment. It’s great because it reminds you of things you know deep-down; but isn’t …satisfying, if that makes sense. There are grammar errors and reference quotations that are inapplicable, so the author gets irritating occasionally. This is a great book to get “used,” I’ll just say that.

I am inspired
This book “The Art of Letting Go” Such a great book. Sometimes your greatest enemies can be yourself: this book and the information that it contained helped me to checked myself and my surrounding. There are works to do. Learning not to be hard on yourself , but always rooms for works. #letslookinthemirrorfirst#I strongly recommended this book.

Great read
Lots of useful tools in this book. I enjoyed the quick read and the summary of each chapter at the end of the book to go back and reflect on it.

Just loved it, the quality also very good.

very good and somewhat helpful. books can't give us all the answers, but they can aid us.
Extremely interesting book, especially if you have lost someone, or have lost hope in general

Waste of time
Don’t bother. Repetitive childish anecdotes that don’t say much for example ‘imagine Samantha is in a car and someone cuts across her. She could say ‘what an idiot they don’t know how to drive’ but with mindfulness she would say ‘that person isn’t great at driving at that’s made me annoyed’ but she should be aware of her feelings’.A load of nonsense, save your money and don’t buy this

Great insight into all the various ways to let go
I enjoyed the first 3 chapters especially the rest I felt a little reworded concepts, but overall a good book to read, lots of notes to take to remember in various difficult situations. I have given a 5 star for many new concepts I learnt through this book, dichotomy of control, Eisenhower matrix, detachment, etc.

Terrible book. Self-published.
This book brings different useful concepts together however, the fact that is self-published means that no editor's eyes reviewed the book before it went to print. That translates into numerous instances where the same sentences are repeated throughout sections. This makes the reader feels as if they are reading in a loop and that the essence of the concepts the sections convey is lost. The book would benefit to be stripped from these sentences loops which would enhance its conciseness.
