Can it be worn under pantd

Yes, the brace can be worn under pants easily.

Can it go through the washer and dryer?

Hand or machine wash your brace once in a while depending on the intensity of using the brace. When machine washing, choose cold delicate program and put tumble dry low. Do not iron nor bleach the sleeve. We can't assure 100% that after drying the brace in a dryer it will remain it's initial form and functionality. Is this the best Knee Braces brand? The quality of how?

I like them. The stitching of the knee braces are good quality. But depending on how often and how long they are worn I would recommend wearing powder because of the sweating which causes them to slip down. Good luck and I hope this answers questions.🙂
