I'm so happy with my new Plus size knee brace, and it does stay up. I've only worn mine on the outside of my clothing so far. The side braces are what I needed to keep my knee flex moving out of place. The brace is affordable, less bulky than most I've seen, and stretches where needed. Very comfortable material and over-all design. I especially appreciate the soft middle strap, which doesn't get tight on the back of my knee. I now have two of these and may purchase a couple more. Thank you for looking out for the plus sized women and men who also have issues with their knees. At last we have a very good product made in America by a family business.

Brace worked great for me. I did get it a bit too large but it still works. This brace would definitely work for plus size people. It’s easy to put on and you still have mobility. The Velcro is strong and adheres nicely.

I've been having knee pain and it going out of whack so I hoped a brace could help. And it does just the trick. Right away i felt difference and the extra support. No sharp edges so it's comfy to even wear in bed. It's not bulky so you can wear under loose pants.

Immediate relief of pain . True to size . Fit over my swollen knee. I have to play around with the fit each time I put it on but maybe after 1-2 re-adjustments fits perfect and doesn’t slide out of place . It will get warm , notice some looseness there but still had excellent support and reduce pain . I needed a 31 bought the next to largest size and had no issues . Smells like rubber/ machinery took some time getting use to it but it’s ok . I’m 5,7 190lbs . I’m a full time work up tech in medical field and bartend/ serve a few nights a week . Both jobs about 80%- 100% on my feet . This has helped !!!

Original review: The fit was good and the adjustability was great, I would have rated it a 5 except for the problem with slipping. I tried it over pants and just on bare skin but no matter what I tried I could not keep it from slipping. Amended review 4/19/26: While my initial review stays the same I would rate the company response a 5+. They responded to my review in a timely manner and offered a full refund. Their handling of the review was exceptional.

I recently did something to my knee. Not sure what. I sat down, heard a pop. At the time, it didn't hurt that bad. But over the last week or so, the pain has gotten worse. It became very painful when walking. My parents both have knee problems. I have tried other braces in the past. The sleeve braces are too hot and very uncomfortable. My mom had a brace with straps, but it was too small for me. I couldn't wear either for more than a few minutes. My knee is somewhat swollen and measured 20 inches. So I ordered the size 3. This brace is very easy to apply and is very comfortable. I can wear it under my jeans with no issues. I put it on as soon as it arrived. I noticed right away that my knee pain was much better. It also felt like my knee was supported and more stable. The size is a perfect fit. I would definitely purchase this brace again and would recommend to others. It is true to size and suitable for plus sized people.

I had such relief from a fall I sustained two weeks ago. I had tried a sleeve and it rolled and added pain. This one does slip around a bit as the swelling goes down but I wore it under my clothes for 24 + hours and I was able to bend my knee and go back to my life without a yell here and there when I tried to move my leg. ( I have an extraordinarly high tolerance for pain)I know of what I speak. I reinjured my leg over and over until this brace. So little to take pain away so fast. Amazingly good. Thank you!

This brace is very comfortable but does lack a little in support. If it were boned a little more then it would be perfect! It is pretty lightweight and stretches nicely. My one other thing, that could just be a me thing, is that it does slide down a little after wearing it for a little bit no matter how tightly I put it on.

Mal im Ernst: Wenn man nach einer Kniebandage sucht und kein schmales Püppchen ist, findet man ... fast nichts. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und dankbar, dass es die Karm Kniebandage auch in richtig großen Größen gibt - also auch für Menschen, die halt oft ein Knieproblem haben. Die Bandage sitzt bei mir richtig gut und lässt sich dank der langen Bänder problemlos einstellen. Sie rutscht nicht und schneidet auch beim Laufen nicht ein. Wenn ich länger sitze, empfinde ich die Binde manchmal als unangenehm, aber man kann sie ja schnell lockern oder komplett ausziehen und bei Bedarf wieder befestigen. Man kann die Bandage rechts wie links einsetzen, was mir sehr zugute kommt. Die Bandage stützt das Knie zufriedenstellend. Natürlich kann sie nicht mit einer speziell angefertigten Orthese mithalten, allerdings passt sie sich Gewichtsschwankungen besser an. Ich trage die Bandage über einer engen Jeans, weil ich die Gummistreifen, die das Rutschen verhindern, auf der Haut nicht vertrage. Im Sommer werde ich einen dünnen Baumwoll-"Strumpf" nutzen, um die Haut zu schützen. Den in einigen Rezis angemerkten "Gestank" konnte ich überhautpt nicht festellen. Mein Fazit: Ich bin echt happy, dass ich diese Bandage gefunden habe. Sie ist eine schnelle Hilfe, wenn ich mir mein Knie mal wieder vredreht habe und stützt zufriedenstellend, bis es wieder ok ist. Ich bin mit der Bandage zufrieden. Deshalb gebe ich 5 von 5 Sternen und würde am liebsten noch ein paar Extra-Herzen verteilen, weil mal endlich eine Firma nicht nur an die jungen, hippen, schlanken Typen gedacht hat, sondern auch an Leute wie mich: Ziemlich füllig, aber trotzdem aktiv.

Acquisto ottimo: il diametro è ideale per ginocchia e polpacci diversamente magri. Facile da indossare grazie alle fasce con velcro. Finalmente un articolo che è attento a chi in genere è dimenticato anche dalle sanitarie.

I recently twisted my knee and needed something that would provide support without making it impossible to move around. This knee brace has been really good and incredibly handy during my recovery. It offers plenty of support while still allowing some flexibility, so I can move my knee comfortably instead of feeling completely restricted. It stayed in place without digging in or feeling too tight, and it was comfortable enough to wear for extended periods. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive knee brace.
