Can this product be used both day and night?

The instructions say to use a pearl sized dot smoothed in around the eye both morning and night.

I experienced a bad allergic reaction, hives and irritation everywhere eye cream was applied. Surprised since this brand is known for it’s gentleness. Maybe I received a fake or expired product 👎🏼

Is this safe to apply ON the eyelid?

Yes! I put the cream under my eyes and on my eyelids. I have SUPER sensitive skin and I’ve no bad reactions. Only that my wrinkles are diminished! Best eye cream there is!
