10" x 12" Medium Hot Thermal and Ice Cold Compress Therapy Gel Pack Wrap for the Knee, Leg, and Arm by Life and Limb Gel

I have a really bad knee that I often need some serious cold therapy on. This wrap allows me to easily have cold therapy wrapped around the front and sides of my knee, hands free. The cold pack is quite pliable, and it stays plenty cold for 20-30 mins. for me (my freezer IS very cold). I bought one of their extra cold packs in the same size, too. By the way, I did measure my knee before ordering, to make sure I got the right size for me. I'm also very pleased with the wrap itself - the material is comfortable, the velcro on the end of the straps works very well, and there is no problem, at all, with condensation. I do heartily give this 5 stars! I'm going to look into a smaller size to use for the times when I get bad headaches that refuse to go away.

This is a well-made product. Both the wrap/pouch and ice packs have worked so well for my husband's the last 2 knee replacements. We also use them for hip, back, knee, neck, elbow....ANY ache and pain. I ordered 2 of the large packs a couple years ago and we still use them often. I accidentally ordered 2 of the smaller size recently and we kept them because they worked so well for other areas. I've recommended them for other family members and they have been satisfied as well. I also love that they are made in the USA by a small family business. Can't go wrong with this product! BTW, this is my first review for anything on Amazon.

I bought this to be a heat wrap for my elbow. While the sleeve for the gel pack is of a quality construction, it is difficult to put on. It Is basically rectangular with two Velcro straps. Not tailored for a joint or knee specifically. But that really is a minor complaint. My more significant complaint is that it takes a fair amount of time to hear up the gel pack, and then it quickly loses that heat (2-4 minutes). This appears to be an issue with other similar products as well, now that I have started looking at other products and their reviews. The gel pack needs to hold heat better. I guess I'll be looking for an electric version to use instead. I can't dock it more because I haven't used it as an ice pack yet. I think it will last better as a cold pack.

This therapy pack is great. Well made, love the design, so easy to use, stays cold for a long period of time, and very comfortable. It reduced the pain in my knee, giving it more mobility. A good value for the price. I would recommend this product.

It's not easy to ice a knee and still be able to get up and move a little. THis ice pack works great because it's big enough for your entire knee, especially with the outer Velcro wrap. And it stays put when you need to answer the phone! Stays cold a long time and is still flexible. I ordered other sizes from the same company since it works so well.
