This is a pretty solid pre workout. I’ve always been a high-stim pre workout person, and I started out using their extreme pre workout, but decided to take a step back from that and moved to this pre workout instead. It’s a little less intense from their extreme, but it still packs an intense punch. The caffeine content is high, the taste is actually pretty good, it usually lasts my entire workout without feeling bloated or fatigued as some other products on the market have a tendency to do, the price point is reasonable for the servings you get, and the pump you get is phenomenal. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who is in the gym on a daily basis and wants to maximize their workouts. If gains are your overall goal, this will help get you there for sure.

This fits my want - at 1 scoop with 2,500 mg Creatine Monohydrate, others helpful stuff, and 167.5mg caffeine. Good taste and mixes fast. I consider myself a middle aged, intermediate lifter, and this is helpful. Even if I don’t feel like lifting, take this and start and will get into it. Lasts maybe 2 hours. I drink a few cups of coffee at work, and this still gives a kick when working out after but can still sleep at night.Only negative is that the powder can crumble up in the container over time (prob get moister in it where I don’t seal it properly).

Taste really good, no gritty texture. Started working immediately like with 5 minutes of finishing the mixture i got tingling in my hands and feet & got to work.I worked out for 30 minutes and got a complete rush and then i flat lined. Make sure you eat enough before taking this. I don’t think i ate enough resulting in me feeling extremely sick fatigue and nauseas maybe my sugar got low. I had to lay down for 30 minutes to recoup i take full accountability and I would try again eating first and give another review at a later time.

The taste is a little sour but, good flavor. It's great as a pre-workout for normal days and add a little more and it's a great motivator and energy boost to get your butt in the gym on lazy days.It mixs well, doesn't give me the gitters even on days I use a little more in my drink. But everyone is different. Best preworkout for the price, its beginer and advance friendly if you stop feeling anything just double scoop or even triple scoops its easily stackable. Overall feeling its really good mostly taking double scoop, quality and taste are both really good the rasperry taste actually dissapointed me but the fruit punch its really good even after double scoop. #1 pre workout choice for me i really recommend it.

This is the first time i have tried this brand and the taste compared to other pre workouts I have tried isn’t that great but I am very please with how I feel when I’m working out! The taste isn’t terrible either So 4 stars overall. I would definitely order it again*** update. Well since I didn’t like the taste of the first flavor I tried blue Raz and I had to drop the pre workout overall to a 3 star. Again the taste just isn’t there especially with so many good brands out there with great taste probably will move on after this container! workout energy is fine I really like it but i also notice somewhat of a crash after. Anyway if you’re a regular lifter you know there are a billion brands out there. This one just wasn’t for me

Great flavor, no jittering, no rash, no crash.No super human though haha, but does ehat is intended for, at least for me.
