Great product and great people behind it. I accidentally purchased the bulk bag of Monk fruit sweetener with Erythritol, the seller helped me return quickly. I then purchased the bulk bag of Monk fruit sweetener with allulose, the new order also arrived quickly. This production tastes like real sugar, no strange odor, great on my daily cooking and baking. My 84 year old mother was able to digest it very well.

I absolutely love this monk fruit sweetener! I switched to it for health reasons because of its zero glycemic index, and it has been wonderful. Excellent version of monk fruit sugar. Dissolves easily. Not quite as sweet as real sugar, but no aftertaste.

Tastes like sugar. No after taste or bitterness. Use just like sugar and forget about calories. It has very few. Really good for baking. If you don't say those brownies are sugar-free, no one will know. I got a monthly subscription. Rarely use sugar anymore.

I’ve been using Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener for a while now as part of cutting back on sugar, and overall I’m really happy with it. It has a clean, pleasant taste with none of the weird aftertaste that a lot of other sugar substitutes seem to have. It works great in coffee, baking, and even sauces. That said, I’ve noticed that it takes just a little more than a 1:1 sugar replacement to really hit the same level of sweetness—especially in baking or anything where sweetness is front and center. Not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind if you're adjusting recipes. Still, the fact that it’s zero calorie and has a low glycemic impact makes it totally worth it. I feel better using it, and I don’t miss real sugar at all. Just expect to tweak your ratios a bit for that perfect sweet spot.

This is probably the best thing I have found. This thing is magic. I use it for my chai every day now. I can't believe how it doesn't have an aftertaste. Like regular sugar without the calories!!! . I was so used to regular sugar that any of those substitute wasn't able to remplace it. Then my son started to buy this product and asked me to give it a try, I was skeptical. Because I had tried other products and in my opinion they have that after taste than changes the flavor of things. This fruit monk sweetener is completely different, I'm able to enjoy my favorite drinks, homemades ice-cream and my sweet black coffee without worrying about the calories. I definitely recommend the quality of the Lakanto Classic Monk Fruit Sweetener.

I love this monk fruit. I have tried doing a 1 to 1 replacement in cooking and feel that it's too sweet for me, but if I use it to replace 1/2 of the sugar, it works well. I do use it as a sugar replacement on my cereal and it tastes good.

Es una opción saludable para hacer alguna receta a la cual no sabes la cantidad de endulzante que usar ya que la mayoria de otros endulzantes como stevia endulzan mucho mas y el dificil calcular la cantidad a usar. Con esta puedes usar la misma cantidad que diga una receta para azucar regular, peeeeero... no endulza igual por lo que se me hace costosa para lo que rinde. Pero si estas intentando cambiar habitos alimenticios y te gusta hornear uno que otro postre para el fin de semana es muy buena opcion
