Good way to get more soluble fibre!
The bar with the highest fibre content I could find and helps with my digestion a lot. And nearly additive free compared to others on the market. All flavours are ok though I’m not too keen on the raspberry and apple one.

Tasty, low cal blasts of fibre
I admit, I’m mostly in this for the fibre. But they’re really tasty. Don’t overdo it though and eat more than 1 or 2 a day if you don’t want to get stopped up. Think of this as a yummy fiber supplement. The best Flavours are the raspberry coconut and the apple cinnamon but none of the flavours are bad. I’ve gifted some to friends and I would buy again. Love these bars and this is a great way to taste all the flavours and find your favourites

Convenient high fibre food.
The bars come in a variety of flavours and are convenient for a quick snack however I found that they were much too sweet for my taste and are very high in sugar. Probably average price for the product compared to other options.

Bought these for breakfasts as they would be quick and easy. I did not enjoy them, however, I can't return them for a refund so I'm down £30 for something I won't eat...

A bar missing
Love the bars, delicious, and a great way to get fibre in your diet with a healthy snack! I was disappointed that I was a blue bar missing from my delivery, I ordered the 35 pack and only received 34 and the boxes looked absolutely battered on delivery.
