Is there a pipe included?

There is a pipe included and a Velcro window vent. The window vent is designed for inwards opening windows, we had to improvise with our window opening outwards. Otherwise this is a decent air con system

It does not oscillate. There is a tab to manually adjust the vertical strakes to change the left-to-right direction of the airflow & the horizontal strakes can also be adjusted to change the up-down direction of the airflow.
