Actually better than i thought for the price. Able to do all the things you see the pros like Deven do! Also being able to hook this on machine with the metal ring is something that’s not advertised but is definitely something you can do!

If you want to start getting into arm wrestling, this is the main tool. Pronation, supination, and rising can all be seriously improved with this. Before this I was using bands. This elevated my training. If you want to have get stronger arm wrestling, get this strap.

This works exactly like I need it to. I've been using it for a few months, it will roll up and fit nicely in my pocket so that I dont feel self conscious about bringing my on equipment to the gym. Much better than those straps that require a loading pin, and a little less expensive. I've been using it for several months and it has held up very well.
