Organic Way Lemon Balm Leaf Whole - Herbal Tea - Origin - Albania (4 Oz)

This is a great tea helps me sleep at night

Organic, soothing, and cheaper than therapy -this tea calms my brain, chills my gut, and helps me sleep like a stress-free woodland fairy. Works like a gentle, herbal Valium... if Valium smelled like flowers and didn’t make me nap through life. My naturopath said, “Drink it every night.” And I would, except I have a life, bad memory, Lyme, and a tendency to get distracted by literally anything shiny. But when I do remember? Oh honey, it’s like zen in a mug. TikTok said it was like ozempic. TikTok lied but it's still great. It’s organic, it’s loose-leaf, and it comes in a bag so big I feel like I’m rationing tea for a medieval village. I used to waste money on those fancy tea bags that felt luxurious until I realized I was paying $8 to steep a leaf. This bulk bag? Bulk goddess energy and herbal therapy in one. The taste? Bright, clean, just a touch lemony, like if a garden hugged your mouth. I love mixing it with lavender or rose when I’m feeling extra, or mint when I want that spa-on-a-budget feeling. It’s got strong “I’m a woodland witch healing my nervous system” energy. So yes, I go through phases—sometimes I drink it religiously, other times I forget it exists for a month. But it’s always there when I come crawling back after a long day, PMS meltdown, or existential crisis. And I have the scientific receipts to back me up. This Stuff is Basically Plant-Based Magic: Stress & Anxiety Relief: Helps modulate GABA (your brain’s main chill-out chemical) levels. More GABA = fewer emotional meltdowns in your car. GABA-T Inhibition: Blocks the enzyme that breaks down GABA (GABA-T), leaving more GABA in your brain = calmer, less “I need to scream into a pillow” energy. GABA-A Receptor Modulation: Its terpenes and essential oils can bind to GABA-A receptors—like a plant-based Valium, but without the side effects or the 3-hour naps. Synergistic Power: Team it up with herbs like valerian or passionflower and the GABAergic effects multiply like rabbits on a farm. Sleep Savior: Especially good for anxious sleepers (give it to your boyfriend). Consistent use = better sleep quality without the melatonin hangover. Digestive-n-Chill: It's great for bloating, gas, IBS, and indigestion. Cognitive Boosts: Some studies show it helps with memory, focus, and accuracy—so yes, I might actually remember where I left my keys. PMS & Cramps: Mood swings? Cramping? Lemon balm said, “Not today, uterus.” Antioxidant & Immune Support: Contains rosmarinic and caffeic acid, which sound like fancy wine notes but actually help protect your cells and support immunity. Supports HPA Axis & Adrenal Health: Regulates your stress response system (aka the HPA axis), which is a big deal if you deal with adrenal fatigue, chronic stress, or have a pituitary gland that’s doing the most (like mine).
