After this process, the product has a long shelf-life, and there is no risk of mold. The product can be stored in between 18 to 2 degreece for 2 years.

Why is the shipping weight smaller than the total weight of the product?

The shipping weight has old parameter from previously selling product with smaller net and gross weight. We will update the shipping weight to respond to the actual shipping weight of the product - 520 grams.
