Had them 2 weeks or so only done arround 150 or so miles and they are wrecked.

Compatibility issues
I tried these with two different types of Shimano SPD-SL pedals on two bikes. They just didn't want to clip in, and clipped out too easily. I tried different pedal tension settings, but just couldn't get them to work properly. I've gone back to Shimano cleats.
