I just keep buying this because it gas a good, sweet taste, is finely ground ( not gritty), and works well on crreal or in baked goods. I just made lemon scones and used this date sugar in the topping which iscdrizzled over the scones. Yummy, and I read that since date sugar has fibre in it, it is absorbed more slowly that white sugar. I know that my system foes vastly better on thus than with regular sugars (brown and white).

Perfect replacement for a lifetime of artificial sweeteners. I have tried whole dates in coffee before, and of course eaten them before the coffee was gone, but this was a much better way to measure the sweetness I wanted. The texture or sensation of drinking this was the same as stevia or allulose, but no side effects. After years of gastrointestinal distress, gas packing up into my ribcage or under the left side of my chest, to the point of fear, sometimes lasting two or three days, this seems to be a safe way to get sweetness naturally without going too high on the carb count. It didn't take much to sweeten the coffee, and I also made a small chocolate bar mixing cocoa butter, cocoa powder, butter and a spoon and a half of this date sugar, and it was so good it got stolen out of the fridge. There is a small glitch- the "fiber" which is probably the powdered hard skin of the date - stuck to the bottom of my coffee cup like sawdust, which might be a good thing for some of us.

I love to bake and I wanted to experiment with different sugars so as not to use atypical, granulated sugar, hoping it would be healthier and I know this is a trusted brand that makes healthier ingredients

Very grainy. I am sure would be fine in baked goods but was.too grainy for other uses.

This was my first time trying date sugar and I am pleasantly surprised. I like that it's a healthier alternative to regular sugar and can be used in just about anything that needs some sweetener. It's easier to use than adding whole dates that need blending. I like that it's organic and has fiber because it's literally made from dates. I use it in dressings, baking, sauces...and it doesn't need to be blended like you would have to do if you added whole dates in. Great product

Great tasting and better priced than at Sprouts. I’ve made several tasty treats with this date sugar to keep my blood sugar from spiking as much as real sugar. It doesn’t upset my belly like other sugar alternatives such as allulose.
