A good value, and easy-to-take, liquid iodine supplement
Iodine is a very good mineral to take when it comes to balancing your hormones, especially important for women. I have been, happily, taking iodine for over a year now, and have noticed great improvement in my health.I was very happy to try this liquid iodine, instead of tablets I usually take, and this supplement did a great job of replacing them. Only three drops a day, gives me 240mg of iodine, which is a little more than the tablets I have been taking.This is a great value supplement, because of the strength, how easy it is to take, and the fact that the bottle will last me for more than three months.The only slight minus is that it does not also contain selenium. Taking selenium helps with better Absorption of iodine, which is a great way to maximise its benefits. Not a major issue though, I can easily find it in many other tablets.Overall, I am pleased with the high quality of this supplement, its value, and how easy it is to take because of its mild taste and liquid form.

Good for homebrew starch test
This is a 60ml bottle with dropper of iodine.I got this for doing starch tests for homebrew: After you make your mash and add enzymes and given it time to convert to carbs, take a sample and a few drops, if it turns dark blue/black there's still starch and will need to mash again. If it stays yellow/red there is no starch and it's ready to ferment.I did a sample as a tester before mash and the dark colours appeared and also after mash and it showed success.The dropper is easy to use. Freakin brilliant
Freak Athletics have packed a year's dosage into this liquid iodine supplement. Easily absorbed and great value for money. Many people are iodine deficient, so this is an excellent way to ensure one's metabolism is ticking over nicely. The Amazon page is good. Made in the UK.
