Best cornmeal ever
Its so great to find a product like this! Flavorful and contains no additives, including flour. I am making cornbread, and commercial cornmeal has flour listed as the secondly ingredient. I liked it so much, I ordered 2more bags.

better for pancakes than cornbread or waffles
delicious, but a finely ground meal that didn't work as well as expected with family recipes. May have needed more leavening or grease. more of a flour than a -meal. Gorgeous color.

Definitely worth the price!
It can be hard to find verified GF cornmeal these days. This one is a little pricey but my family loved it! It has a lovely fine grind that would be great for cornmeal cakes as well as bread. My son said it made the best cornbread he’s ever had and told me to definitely buy it again!

Great Taste, Works Well for Breading Fried Food
I got this to make fried green tomatoes and it works and tastes great for that. I almost never eat corn since it is almost all GMO now, so I am most pleased that this heirloom organic purple corn comes from a small grower in South Carolina. The flour is a bit finer than typical corn meal, but it still works fine for breading

Make sure you realize what it is you're buying.
Please do not make the same mistake I did and purchase this thinking you can make grits out of it. Because that's what I purchased it for and it's absolutely not what it is! Trying to make it into a grits like food ends up giving you cream of wheat basically. And unfortunately we literally do not use cornmeal for anything. So for me it was overall bad purchase.
