Yes you can. We use it to feed black crickets and meal worms for our Leopard Gecko.

Is this suitable for feeding to locust, for my Pacman Frog to eat?

I looked into the use of Nutrogrub for loading mealworms to feed to house-martins (nest had collapsed). Worked well and we managed to fledge two of them. There were several references to this use for reptiles and amphibians.
