Essential Hall & Oates

I am pleased with this purchase. Prior I only knew 1 or 2 songs, then I started to watch their music videos on YouTube.Now I have the CD I am pleased.

Hall and oates are without doubt one of the best selling pop duos of all time, they have sold millions of records over the years, and they write most of their own songs. this collection really is essential, one hit song after another from start to finish. Hall and oates have left their mark on musical history, just listen to this collection and you will be hooked .

Sounds remastered if it isn't they are great quality recordings . Love all the tunes on this.

I’ve enjoyed listening to Hall and Oates for as long as I can remember. I have a couple of their greatest hits cd and although most of the tracks are the same I never get bored of listening to countless classics.

Brill selection of songs very enjoyable.

She's Gone, Rich Girl and I Can't Go For That are the main reasons I had to add this to my vast CD collection, but there are several other tracks which made Hall & Oates so famous in the seventies and eighties. To be honest there are also other tracks that I have to change the minute they start, such as Maneater which I find terribly repetitive, and the same goes for the "oh yeah, oh yeah" in adult education, but all in all the good outweighs the not so good (obviously not so good in my opinion), therefore I'm quite happy with my purchase.

A great conpilation of some unmistakable 70's and 80's classics, but really a 1 disc set with their best songs would have been enough as this collection is a bit bloated.

37 tracks in all - but their hits are great (as remastered)...but I must admit that some of the 37 could have been left off ! Terrific value with the usual Amazon delivery efficiency.
