Bought for a friend who unfortunately suffers from COPD , she was using one provided by the NHS but for whatever reason had to buy her own and after researching she picked this one , she lives the breathing ability on this machine , very easy to use and set up , build quality is excellent , she has been using a few days and she says its very good value for money , at the moment she's using pari saline capsules until her doc advises otherwise .

Item wasn't the cheapest, but after trying several different nebulisers, this is by far the best. Also likely to last and be better quality as it's from Germany. It isn't bulky, using it is simple, it's really quick, and definitely penetrates deep into the lungs for proper medical treatment. It's not overly noisy either, so gets the thumbs up all round from me. I hope it lasts a good long while - it says it has a 4 year warrantee so I would expect for it not to break!

This is the second of these machines I have purchased, I needed another machine for my girlfriends house to save me keep carrying from mine to hers. These machines are built to a high quality, and in my eyes are of Hospital quality. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. Top quality highly reliable product. I've been thinking of getting one of these for a while to help with my breathing problems. I suffer more when I've had a cold and my breathing can be heavily effected, however using this has really helped. I've only been using it with specialised saline solution, but so far it's been great - I can tell the difference!The unit itself has a little bit of weight to it, but it's not horribly big and is quite compact.It's very easy to pop together and comes with tubing, the nebuliser and nozzle attachment, mouth piece and mask. I prefer using the mouth piece as if I'm honest, the mask is a tad small and I assume is aimed more at youngsters.There's a simple on/off switch on the unit and as you can see in my photo, the lid of the blue nozzle attachment pops up to allow 2.5ml of inhalation solution to be added. There is a little concern that over time, the plastic hinge on this piece may eventually break and it does advise to be careful with this when opening.The machine produces a good amount of vapour that is easy to breath in - the control system in the nebuliser helps to keep breathing at a good rate, as it provides resistance if you breathe in too quickly. I find that it's good to be sat down relaxing whilst using as this really helps with the breathing technique.The nozzle attachments and mouthpiece can be easily washed afterwards as required and once set up, the mouth piece can be stored on the side of the unit so it's ready for the next use.As you can hear in my video, the machine isn't quiet - it's a little noisy, however from what I understand, this is normal for a nebuliser machine. The good thing is that the treatment only takes around 5 minutes so it's a noise that you don't endure for too long :)Overall I'm very happy - it's a well built little machine that works really well.
