Smash Burger Press - 5.5 Inch Stainless Steel Hamburger Smasher with Anti-Scald Handle for Griddle and Grill Cooking

I really love this burger press. It's easy to clean and heavy enough to keep my quarter to half pound burgers flat and well contacted to the grill or fry pan. The handle is covered in some kind of heat resistant substance like silicone so doesn't get to hot to handle. I appreciate that it's made of stainless steel so I can soak it clean or throw it in the dishwasher without worry. Overall a good product and a good buy.

I use this all the time. Works great and is a high quality tool for the kitchen. I cut a square of wax paper, put it on top of a ball of ground beef and press one burger after another. You can make the burger as thick as you want

If you're in need of a burger press, this is a nice compromise between the cheaper ones available here and a heavy duty cast iron version. Makes great smashburgers! Here's a handy tip - use a piece of parchment paper between the burger and the press when smashing it down onto a hot griddle. Keeps them from sticking together!

I wanted to wait until I used this first before posting a review. When it first arrived I was very happy with the quality. I was surprised how well made it was and very happy it had some weight to it which made pressing down much easier. One tip I learned online is to use a piece of parchment paper to keep the meat from sticking which worked super well! I am such a nerd I watched a few smash burger videos on YouTube they were pretty good and gave some great tips. You will be very happy with this product so much easier than using an object not made for a press. It lays flat and does not take up a lot of space in the drawer. I forgot to mention the buyers turned out so good everyone is asking when we are having them again for dinner :)

I use it for cut da carb quesadilla. I like the weight and handle. It isn’t too heavy and should work well to smash a burger

I chose this press due to the covered handle and am happy I did. It is comfortable when using the press on my griddle, was cool to the touch after being on the hot surface and large enough to make great smash burgers! Highly recommend this product. Love this. I use for burgers but mostly grilled cheese, quesadilla and anything I want to press or sear. I put the heat on low and just let it sit on top. I do press ad well but in most cases just leaving in on I can attend to others things and bot have to stand and hold a spatula to the food. I love the handle as well, doesn't heat up and I don't need to use a tea towel or pot holder to touch. It's great, and the price is reasonable.
