What is the size of each rods on this garment rack?

I am not sure about the specific size of the garment rack. I think the upper part is about 80 inches and the lower part is about 30 inches.When I say impressed I mean very very impressed with this clothes rack. Installed in my wife’s bedroom for inventory. Sturdy semi thick 3/4 pipe and connectors. What tools do I need to install it?

This is the Industrial Wall Clothes Rack, Heavy Duty Clothing Rack, very sturdy. Its a Mother's Day gift, I gave it to my mother and its effect was amazing. Mom really likes it! Of course, the installation is very simple. I only used a portable electric drill and a level gauge, and other sellers have all equipped it. It's really worth it!
