Yes, height is 71.7 inches and width is 39.8 inches. Thanks！

What is the size of each rods on this garment rack?

I am not sure about the specific size of the garment rack. I think the upper part is about 80 inches and the lower part is about 30 inches. When I say impressed I mean very very impressed with this clothes rack. Installed in my wife’s bedroom for inventory. Sturdy semi thick 3/4 pipe and connectors. Came with more than enough anchors and screws for install. if you have tall baseboards, you don't need to worry, it can be fixed directly to the wall.Industrial Pipes Clothing Racks, Wall Mounted Clothes Racks with Four Hanging Rods, Heavy Duty Garment Racks, Industrial Steampunk Closet Organizer Hall Tree

Is the height adjustable?

No, the height is not adjustable. Thanks!

What tools do I need to install it?

This is the Industrial Wall Clothes Rack, Heavy Duty Clothing Rack, very sturdy. Its a Mother's Day gift, I gave it to my mother and its effect was amazing. Mom really likes it! Of course, the installation is very simple. I only used a portable electric drill and a level gauge, and other sellers have all equipped it. It's really worth it!

Love this! Super sturdy and amazing!

This industrial pipe clothing rack was not a disappointment. It is sturdy and looks so amazing. It does need a drill bit that is larger than a 1/4” for the anchors. Would purchase again!
