Great book, but not ring bound as stated in the description
It's a really good book. The description states it is ring bound, which would make it a really helpful reference during workouts, however, the copy which arrived was conventionally bound so it will not remain open unaided at your desired page.

Excellent
Absolutely first class in every way. I’m training to be a pilates teacher and this book will be invaluable to include stretching exercises into my sessions. Fabulous colour coded diagrams with variations that are easy to understand. I was a bit indecisive which book to buy but really glad I chose this one .

Very detailed and informative. Really a good purchase.
I read a lot of books on exercises. This is easily the best I come across. Detailed pics, explanation and routines for different kinds of sports and scenarios. This is a book I really read and practice daily. It helps a lot and loosen my stiff neck.
