Love this stuff, tastes like hob nobs and keeps me skating stronger, staves off hunger too really well. Everyone I know who's used it as a gainer has had decent results too. And oats are good for you!

Mixes well and taste is palatable. You do need 2 1/2 scoops at a time for "one serving" though so it doesn't last long

normal product, would have gotten 3 stars if it wasn't misleading..
This is clearly NOT instant oats but Oat Flour (yes, there's a difference) and it even says outflour on the packaging and the packaging is blue and white not white and green * being finely ground oat flour, it means it is digested faster, and therefore higher glycemic *

No conseguí una receta todavía en la que sirva ese polvo, por lo cual no lo he podido usar bien porque lo he tenido que turar porque ninguna receta sale bien utilizandolo.
