I seasoned them as usual, but sprayed the patties on both side. When they are cooking it smells like steak, when you eat it tastes like streak! It's great for home made fries. i'll keep This has a smoke point of 425°, butter is only 375°. It's texture like an oil, 100% Wagyu Beef Tallow.
