The product works as it says. Which surprised me. The only issues I have isn't with the product as it does what it's suppose to, but with my water as whatever is in it, plugs the filter quickly and i start to lose pressure. So I'll be looking for additional filter system to go under my sink. Yet for what I use it for, it has cleared up my humidifier, and water is much clearer then before.

Truthfully i got this because i knew my water was terrible but i had no idea how bad it was !!So thankful i purchased this and actually my water pressure seemed to go up once it was installed which was a pleasant surprise, it has different modes of how the water can come out. Makes cleaning the sink or rinsing your mouth super easyIt took 5 minutes to install and is easy to cleanIve had to change out the filter more than was recommend because of how bad the water is but after getting this i could never go back. Im buying one for all my faucets 😂

I ordered this a while a month ago, and they have a note in their packaging that says you can email them for a different millimeter attachment for the sink. I emailed and have never heard back, nor gotten a replacement. So it’s a one star not because it’s a bad product… But because I can’t even use the product or get in contact with anybody at the company. Wouldn’t recommend since right now it’s a waste of money entirely.

Great support, with the instructions came a manual, that if it didn't fit you can measure your faucet width and they will send you adapter. Great product!

The media could not be loaded. This filter is great, it's a little bulky and doesn't quite fit my sink perfectly so I do experience minimal leaking, however it definitely filters my water in my bathroom. The pressure comes out way better than my original bathroom faucet, so I don't need to turn the water up too high otherwise water will spray all over the counter. It was very simple to install and it's very easy to change out the filters. It is definitely flexible and adjustable as you can see in my video. I do need to change out the filter already, which will be my 2nd change in about a month. It seems to fill after about 2 weeks.

I received this filter quickly and had some issues with what I thought was the correct fit. I contacted the seller and received immediate response. They helped me troubleshoot the issue and I later realized it was user error and not the product. Once I figured out what I was doing it was very easy and quick to install. Faucet works great.

I have tried a few different sink filters, and this is the one for me. It moves, swivels, extends, and is very easy to put together. I also appreciate the all the resources that come in the box to help with installation. Quick and easy once you size up your faucet. Being used in the bathroom helps with cleaning, hand-washing, brushing teeth etc. It also comes with a few filters to change out. I would every 1-2 months. I wasn’t paid to write this just paying it forward. 👍🏾Update 1/20/24: I was having issues with the water pressure thinking id done something wrong with the installation, and confused because it was working just fine! I then realized once the filter is full and needs to be changed out the water pressure and color of the filter is an indicator to replace the filter. Also depends on what city or country you are in meaning how hard the water is. Im in nyc and this lasted a month. This is with consistent usage, hand washing, brushing teeth, face, cleaning and no my favorite hair washing. Yes it def helped with washing hair at the sink if you can not in the shower. Pressure is great and it reaches the entire head. Thanks again.

I return because I didn’t fit in my sink
