It worked out great for my husband because he is 6FT tall and has hip, back and leg problems. This seat prevents him from sitting too low causing him pain in sitting and standing and back up. It is also easy to attach to your toilet I would purchase it again..

I bought this because my mother has MS and mobility issues. We raised her motorized scooter seat to make it easier for her to get in and out of bed but that left the toilet seat to low. We had a 4 inch riser before this one that we got at a local drugstore. This one is truly taller and exactly what we needed. The plastic is very sturdy and easy to clean. I was skeptical when I took it out of the packaging but it really works. It cannot just sit on the toilet, you have to use the clamps but the clamps are clamping! Our shorter riser had a tendency to slide no matter how much we clamped it. This seat is not going anywhere. It's been very helpful in the few weeks we've had it and it serves us purpose very well for my house. Update: We've had this for several months now and it works great. Even the lid is still going strong and is vast and dignified improvementover every other riser we've ever had that didn't come with a lid. I am able to sit on it without breaking it. And even my kids who are destroyers of everything have not found a way to destroy this. I am donating one to a friend who is having surgery and I feel very confident saying this is what they need!

Our toliet bowl is oval shaped.This seat is comfortable and I'm 5'4". I bought it for my 97 year old Aunt so she could get off and on the toliet without assistance. When i tighten it, the seat didn't stay on so i put alien tape on the 2 sides and taped it on the front sides now it's stays in place. Reading the reviews about the lid, i was going to take it off but it's really sturdy, i weigh 170lbs sat on the lid no dints or saging inward.

I like the feel of the toilet riser seat, but the lightweight lid is a problem. I have been careful with, but I believe my cat has jumped upon closed lid (the litter box being close by), having caused the plastic lid HINGES to break off. If they were fixable or replaceable, that would be one thing, but no. So I am just leaning the lid up behind the riser while using, then replacing the unattached lid upon seat when done. Otherwise, the seat itself is good, my having dealt with an Osteoarthritic knee, so the height helps. It seems there should have been a better, more solid design of, such as a rod between - connecting the two hinges for more stability, or different design. If possible to replace, I would like to, but having had a while, now. 😏

Not comfortable and fragile. The seat cover broke about a month ago. I tried to glue it back on to no avail. I would try different brand. It’s been too long, but I would like a refund.

I was recovering from surgery and staying with a friend while recovering. Her bathroom was very small with a super low toilet. I was struggling to use the bathroom. I found this seat and couldn’t believe what a difference it made! I left it with my friend because I didn’t need it at my home and we’re both getting older and the low seat is difficult if your knees aren’t great! Great purchase!

Die Aluminium-Armlehnen tragen bis zu 120 Kilo und können in der Breite zwei mal verstellt werden. Der Sitz ist groß genug und gibt sehr guten Halt. Die Öffnung ist groß, so dass man sich im Sitzen säubern kann. Angenehme Sitzposition, keine scharfen Kanten. Der Sitz ist mit nur zwei Schrauben fest am Toilettenbecken festzumachen. Kein zusätzliches Werkezeug nötig Eines sollte man nicht machen: mit nur eine Hand sich abstützen, dann rutscht der Sitz aus seiner Verankerung. Kann allerdings sehr schnell wieder fest arretiert werden. Ich nutze ihm selbst. Mit nur 5 Teilen ist die Lieferung komplett und nasch maximal 5 Minuten fertig zur Benutzung
