Great piggie cozy. Mine love it.
I thought the cute photo was bit of a exaggeration - it is not. My piggie did "flat pig" as soon as he made his way in it. I don't think I have ever seen him happier. It was ridiculous. I would recommend this wholeheartedly. They even take our lovable meat potatoes' issues with continence into consideration and include a absorbent base so there are no surprises when you are cuddling. Designed with guinea pig behavior in mind it's a really good product. The only concern you may have is that the fiber is synthetic. If you have a chewer or puller they may swallow some, but more likely spit it out. I also supervise when they are in it so I notice if they pull too much of the thread out. I'd recommend that if you have a concern. I cannot speak to durability but it is the perfect size and seems to be well made.

Endorsed by Cookie, mistress of the Furro.
My guinea pigs love it, I bought two more so they stop bickering over the only one in the cage. Don't put it in the dryer, it will slightly melt.

My rat loves it, so ordered more

Takes Some Time to Warm Up To, But Awesome
Emma loves a soft bed. This product is now her go-to lounging location. I was concerned that it would be another rejected pig accessory (our cavies are picky and opinionated) for the first few days. She avoided it, not knowing what this mass of fur was. Trying to lure her closer, I set the fuzzy circle on its side (like an upright tire swing) right next to her regular bed. At first she used it as a pillow. Eventually, she figured it wasn't threatening and realized that her humans weren't going to get it out of her habitat, so she investigated. It took her awhile to figure out that there's a pocket behind the fuzzy padded "entrance". She had never encountered Lycra fabric so had a hilarious few adventures trying to figure out why the pocket sprung back into place after her "adjustments." (Barrel laughs from her human observers.) She's a veteran now and loves this thing. Depending on her mood and temperature, we'll see her head or rump sticking out of the gray fuzz. Or, we'll see the whole cozy changing shape as she tries from the inside to move Lycra and faux fur into her preferred configuration. Genius design to have a separating zipper for the pocket! It is easily removed for washing and zips back in a snap. Em loves it with or without the pocket attached. We haven't washed the fur section yet, so will update this review if any untoward outcomes are found. As with all things piggie, the hay and any other bedding does tend to get stuck in the fuzzy fur, but that's not the fault of the product. (Guinea pigs are clean animals, but their supply entourage ends up not being very neat.) Bottom line, it's great once your critter warms up to it. I'm planning to get three more for our other herd. They're less adventurous than Emma so we'll be patient as they adjust to the idea of a magic fuzz pocket.

Took my pigs a little time to understand it
This is nice, and both of my pigs enjoy it now when they are out for playtime/cuddle time. They seem to favor the thicker, more padded removable bottom over the thin spandex one. It took my sow Butter a little time to understand how to get in, turn around and feel comfortable using it. Treats were a good tool to help her feel comfortable once she was in it. My boar Peanut is still a little unsure of it, but we are getting there and once i help him into it he likes it. It's very well made and is definitely a great tool for holding and cuddling with your pigs. I'm sure after some time they will both get in it without a second thought. I only wish the stretchy part was more plush or fuzzy, it's very thin and doesn't offer much in the way of warmth or comfort like the furry donut part does. Overall, it's very nice though

A rare gem
In the last 5 years, I've only written negative reviews, usually when angered by receiving cheap garbage masquerading as something that works. Sometimes I've found products that are dangerous to guinea pigs marketed as safe for guinea pigs, and that angers me to no end. So what a joy it is to find this bed, which I bought on a whim for my sweet ailing pig, and be SO impressed by the care and thought that went into it. Like GuineaDad, this is a product designed by people who understand guinea pigs, proper care, and their owners. The bottom is removable and reversible, and the two provided have different functions for different pig personalities. They designed it the way I would design a bed if I was smarter. How many times have you bought something on amazon, assuming it did something, or fit something, only to find that you paid $20 just to throw something out. This bed is the OPPOSITE! When a product anticipates its users needs, it creates a great feeling for the consumer. And it did for me. It also creates a great feeling for my guinea pigs, although theirs is more about being enclosed in a lush soft cocoon of comfort. The world of commerce badly needs more of this energy. Buy this bed and don't give it a second thought.

Nice until it wasn’t
The soft faux-fur material is inviting, and the burrowing design does appeal to pets that like to dig in and hide under covers. The zip-on top section is also convenient in theory, since it allows you to adjust the “covered” vs “open” setup depending on your pet’s preference. In real use, it does provide a warm, cushioned spot that pets will initially gravitate toward, especially in cooler environments. The material is soft enough to encourage resting, and the enclosed feel can help anxious pets feel more secure at first. However, the biggest drawback is the construction quality and base stability. The bottom of the bed feels noticeably cheap and not very sturdy. It lacks firm structure and tends to shift or collapse slightly under weight, which affects overall support. Instead of maintaining a stable bed shape, it can feel uneven or flimsy once the pet is inside it regularly. Over time, this lack of structure also impacts how well the bed holds its form. The sides and base don’t maintain a consistent shape, and it doesn’t feel like it provides strong long-term support for repeated daily use. The zipper component is functional but also contributes to a more lightweight, less durable feel overall rather than a reinforced system. Pros: soft and cozy material, burrowing design appeals to nesting pets, flexible zip-on feature, comfortable for short rest periods Cons: bottom feels cheap and not sturdy, lacks structural support, does not hold shape well over time, overall durability feels lightweight Overall: a comfortable concept-driven pet bed that pets may initially enjoy, but the weak base construction and lack of sturdiness limit its long-term reliability and support.

Cute and calming
So soft and fluffy I almost want to use it for myself! The piggies love it. It truly does seem to calm them down, and they seem very comfortable in it. It has also made it easier for my kid to pet and play with the guinea pig. Plus it’s been surprisingly easy to clean. If you have a guinea pig, you know how much they pee and poo on everything so I really like that the bottoms can be zipped off - I can just throw one or both of the bottoms in the wash if I don’t want to wash the whole thing every time. Overall very happy with it. I definitely want to get another color or two.

Guinea Pig Approved
All 3 of my guinea pigs immediately upon climbing inside settled in and seemed to feel safe and cozy. I've only had my guinea pigs for a couple months now, and have been finding the Furr-O to be really helpful and effective for bonding with them. I am able to just let them sit in my lap comfortably and get used to me and changing environments and sounds. Very happy with both the product, and how much the guinea pigs seem to love it.

Piggies rate it 10/10!
I bought two (1 for the boys to share, and 1 for the girls) and use them when I have a piggy out. The whole crew loves it and often falls asleep in them! I’ve attached a picture of my Swiss boar I’ve taken at the time of writing this review!

I like it, pigs don’t.
Seems well made, well designed. Pigs look very cute in there! Useful for carrying them around. They don’t seem to hop in themselves very often when I leave it in their pen though.
