Ad says I can order the right length of screws for my requirement. How?

I don't know how to order them cut to order. We cut them to length with a tool.

Did anyone have any issues with the screw coming out of the actual knob?

I actually removed the screws on most and added new ones so they'd fit my drawers better. It took a LOT to get the screws out for me though. Had to use plyers mostly.
