Good seeds but tough to open
I bought this Elan Organic Flax Seed pack because I needed more fiber in my diet and wanted something non-gmo and vegan. The quality of the seeds is actualy really good and they have a nice mild taste when I sprinkle them on my morning yogurt or put them in my smoothies. They gel up really fast like the description says which is great for baking too.The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the packaging is kind of a pain. Its suppose to be resealable but I had a hard time geting it to stay closed after the first time opening it. Other than that the value for a pack of 2 is decent and they feel very fresh. I will probably buy these again but I might just put them in a different container next time.
