Audio-Technica AT8455 Shock Mount for AT2020USB-X and AT2020USB-XP Microphones

The little cutout fits my gaming/streaming mic with controls on the front (a razer seiren). Effectively holds the mic sideways without affecting quality or stretching/wearing out the elastic in the shock cord. Looks really nice, and greatly reduced noise from vibrations on my desktop.

This is a great mount. I have both AT2020USB-X and AT2020USB+ and it works for both. Once I tried it on my newer AT2020USB-X, I also purchased one for the AT2020USB+ to replace my more traditional looking, metal frame shock mount because this audio-technica one is so compact and much better looking. Please note, however, that I use this for voice communication primarily, not in a professional recording manner. For my purposes it does a fine job of filtering out any vibrations from my desk that it sits on, but I can't comment on how effective it is at that compared to other mounts. I suspect it's not the best since there just isn't much elastic there to absorb vibrations, but for the average user it's perfect.

This is a well-built shock mount that almost fits my Sennheiser MD-421. I knew it would be approximate, since the barrel of the 421 is tapered. This mount works best if the weight of the mic is balanced so that the suspension takes the load evenly, without tilting to the front or rear. I used some small adhesive pads like you would use to put things on furniture, with the soft side protecting the microphone finish. This lets me center balance to offset the weight of the mic cable and the distribution of the mic's weight itself. Highly recommended.

It would be hard to find another shock mount that would suit the AT2020, due to the location of the mute and other buttons. The mount is strong and well designed

Bought this after my Cheap knockoff broke. The plastic is fantastic. clearly very high quality, fits my AT2020usb-x perfectly and holds it firmly. Worth the $35.

This would be a 5 star review if the shock mount actually held onto the AT2020 microphone—but it doesn't. It's a pretty regular occurrence that with even the slightest jostle the mic just slips out of the "grip" of the shock mount, and bangs itself onto the desk. The build quality is great otherwise, the design is just almost useless for its purpose.

It works properly and leaves enough space for the mute buton and the other controls on the mic. Really nice and very easy to mount and use.

オーテク製マイク用に購入。主にアームやアームを設置してるデスクからの振動を除去でき、収録した音源を確認しても効果は大きいと感じています。例えばデスクにマグカップを置いた音なども気を使って静かに置いていても本製品なしではノイズが乗ってます。費用対効果の大きい商品だと思うので良いマイクを購入するなら、この手のオプションを導入することをお勧めします。

初心者レビューです。 この手のものの必要性をわかっていませんでしたが、確かにあるとないでは違いますね。 マイクとメーカーを揃えたかったのでこちらを購入しました。概ね期待通りの満足感です。
