Larger than I thought it was going to be! My tabby cat prefers the cardboard scratchers so she is very happy. She likes laying on it 😂 Assembly was very easy.

Our cats love shredding this cardboard where they have ignored other cat scratchers. It’s larger than I expected. They can stretch out on it. Although they will demolish this thing, it seems like it will hold up long enough to make it worth the price. The only potential cons I see are having to assemble it and clean up the paper with a broom. But even that is pretty simple so no big deal. It keeps them happy and keeps them from wanting to scratch our new $1600 sofa. That’s the real win.

I've gotten this cat scratcher a few different times for my cats. Safe to say that the oldest one adores these. They are well-made, easy to put together, and both of my cats get a lot of enjoyment out of this product. It does have to be sat up against a wall and back of it is pretty tall all things considered. I do recommend this product!

I’ve bought this twice now because my cat absolutely loves it. He doesn’t even touch his regular scratching post anymore — this is his go-to. It’s really easy to set up, and I like that you can rearrange it a bit to extend how long it lasts. The only downside is the mess. Every time he scratches, there are cardboard bits all over the floor. I find myself sweeping the area pretty often, otherwise it starts spreading around the house. It would be nice if there was some kind of tray or way to catch the debris. Aside from that, it’s a great purchase and I’d still recommend it, especially if you’re trying to save your furniture.

My cat loves this scratching post. It really saved my furniture. The cardboard wears down kinda quickly. But I would rather replace it than replace my furniture.

This is my second time ordering this cat scratcher. My cat loves it!! And I think it’s related to why he never scratches the furniture.

My cat is obsessed with this, however it is so messy. We have two cats, same age, and one loves it, the other could care less. Our one cat will take naps on it and has fun scratching on it, but the cardboard makes a huge mess. It gets all over the floor and in our vents. If you have floor vents/heating system, I would strongly suggest you don't put this near them. It looks as pictured and has a nice appearance when it comes to having cat toys in your home. Easy to set up, but, again, the mess. Karli (cat) says yes, I say no.

Glad I got it. Cat loves it. Just takes a little brain twisting to make sure you’re assembling correctly, but not too bad.

At first I was disappointed it’s made of cardboard. However it works well and my cat actually enjoys it

Moving into my new condo, I purchased several great options to scratch, including a fancy large Pet Fusion cardboard lounge, a round cardboard lounge bed and a 3ft sisal post rectangular scratcher because I knew my cats were picky and enjoyed cardboard and tall vertical space. Unfortunately one of them was still scratching my door frames, so I decided to go back to this L shape version as I knew she loved it in the past; however, I didn’t like the other brand I bought because it was falling apart very quickly from the frame/screws, and left a mess everywhere. I gave this brand a chance and was incredibly impressed right away. It was thicker and much more durable with more screws. The outpost stands tall and strong, even with grips for the floor and padding to protect the wall. All my cats, love it and are using it now instead of the walls. I will definitely be re-purchasing in the future and recommending this seller to others. With these L scratchers, you can definitely rotate so that the cats use different parts overtime.
