Yes you can, Beaphar Mite Spray is a veterinary medicine for reptiles and amphibians only.

Would this work on wood mites as well?

I don't think it would - as it is specifically medicated and designated for the type of mites attacking snakes and lizards. I had an acquaintance try it on mites attacking birds and it made no difference. One of my Ball Python snakes had mites and this really helped to control it.

Can i spray directly onto the snake?

If your reptile is over 80-100gr. you can spray it directly but you have to be careful about accidental overspraying.

How many would i need to do 5 boas 4 are 4-5ft and the other is 7-8ft 3 vivs are 3x2x2 the other is 6x3x1.5 i also have a leopard gecko viv 18x18x18

I used this for my boas and it was rubbish, didn't kill the mites even when sprayed directly onto them. Use Callingtons Mite Spray and fog out the vivs with it (take water bowl out) and do this every week for 3/4weeks and just look out for any more that crop up. I bought 4 tins of Callintons to treat mites in 4.5ft with boas (3 vivs) and also a royal Python in a 3ft Viv and I still have half a can left. Really effective stuff, not seen a mite since
