Hearing Aid volume
Its ear tube short and the amplifire does not fit on the pinna. Secondly theeatplugs do not fit in the ear canal. Sound amplification is low. Because low volume of sound it is not useful to the user.

Battery life is not as described
After charging for more than 3-4 hrs, it works only for 30-60 mins. Totally disappointment with the product.Bought this item for my grandmother but she was out of town at that time. After her return, we tested the product and it was found to be damaged. I could not even return it due to time limit.

Worth the price
My father is using it from now 15 days and it’s working absolutely fine my father had a earring aids worth 51k and it stopped working after 2 years and now company is asking 12k to repair it so I ordered this and this a absolutely working like 51k no issues till now if this even works for 1 years it’s more than enough my father is using this one on 0.5 level it has total 5 levels

ON OFF Switch is not functioned
ON OFF Switch is not function, the device is not function at all. I don't know about the Investigation team investigated very badly only investigate the seller only.
