Between my last doctor visit in March and one today by A1C dropped from 6.3 to 5.9. My weight stayed the same. My diet and exercise stayed about the same, but I did add more fiber in where I could. Could this supplement have help to that decline? Possibly. It is impossible to know for sure, but I think it helped. I bought it in April 2024 and was about to order another bottle. However, it appears it was reformulated. The Berberine content dropped from 400mg to 350mg while the extract ratio went from 15:1 to 20:1, although they claim the equivalent went up from 4mg to 6mg. The dose and ratio also changed for the Bitter Melon, Ceylon Cinnamon and fenugreek while the equivalent number stayed the same. That would tend to indicate less potent source materials, which require a higher extract ratio to get the same amount of end product. A search on "plant extracts NIH" should bring back a result from NIH (National Institutes of Health) that can give much more detail. It may be fine, but we all know that changes are 'typically' done to increase profits rather than give customers more. Make your own judgement.

Not thrilled with pages of Vine reviews. Personal opinion only. I have been using these for about 10 days and the effects I actually feel are lowered blood sugar beyond that of the other similar product that requires 2 caps a day. I also have noticed body warming and as a heart surgery survivor this isn't the norm and may be beneficial in the cold months. It feels like I am cheating by taking one capsule daily but this brand is more effective than the other brand I was taking. No side effects whatsoever either. I didn't buy it for weight loss only blood sugar. It hasn't done anything to my eating habits and I am fine with that At this point I will purchase again and appreciate the discount one cap a day affords me. So far only positive results. Will update in the future..I promise.. Update 9/24 In keeping with Amazon rules all I can say is I am now off of metformin as my doctor decided I no longer require it. I'm still using this product :) Thanks all.

I'm using this product based upon research I have done for my health. Taking supplements aren't difficult for me even if they are horse pills. These are standard sized capsules which are easily swallowed by most adults. I won't know the effectiveness of this product until my next Annual Physical on May 2025. I love it so far. If it behaves like a duck, I'll submit a follow-up review taking a star 🌟 away with a detailed description of why.
