Excellent book. I always recommend to people who don’t like to read book as this one is a fable and integrates learning through story telling.

This is one best book read this year. For team building and understanding the actions for team development this is best guide

Great product

Quick read but gives you enough to think about the teams you are working with - are they effective or not? do they trust each other, can they have healthy debate?? Fable style makes it really easy to get the core messages. Great model and questions to work with too

An excellent read. I was surprised how much I enjoyed this as somebody who is not a regular reader. I found it very easy to follow.

The third CD is the best which gives advice on how to over come the dysfunctions. I would have preferred it to have been largely factual as opposed to wrinting a play to demonstrate the concepts. Worth buying.

Enjoyed this audio, it provides different perspectives and great scenarios.
