Buy this! mild nutty flavor, mixes without chalkiness
Do not hesitate in pulling the trigger, this stuff is amazing!!! I bought it to add to smoothies and am beyond thrilled to add this to my routine. The powder mixes easily into smoothies with no chalky aftertaste. So satisfying and delicious with hardly any carbs. It is now a staple for me. Can’t wait to try baking with it!

Alternative to wheat flour
I ordered this all because of a former Amish gal on YouTube. She uses it and has good luck with it, so I wanted to try as well since I can no longer indulge in regular flour. This looks like regular flour and measures the same, has 3 times the protein of eggs, 3 times the fiber of oats, is low carb, high protein and gluten free! It also has all 9 amino acids! Is it pricey? Yes, somewhat. But you pay for what you get, and the extra benefits this supplies makes it well worth it in my eyes! I may tone down some of my baking due to the cost, but it is getting warmer so I wont be wanting to heat up the house anyway. Just a pinch taste of this was enough to know I will be liking using this. It doesn't have that 'pasty' smell that regular flour has, so that's a plus! It also has a long expiration date. The texture and color is very similar to regular flour. I will update when I get some baking done so we will all know how it did!

Good flavor, sweet white lupin, no bitterness.
Good flavor, no bitterness. My usual brand was Lupina, but it's often out of stock. This one's less expensive and I hope it will be easier to find than Lupina. It's just as good.

Low Carb pastries are possible.
I made some Chocolate chip cookies with this flour, using stevia based sugars and 100% cacao chips. They were very good, for low carb cookies. Let's face it, nothing bakes like wheat flour. However, this Lupin flour satisfied my two requirements for Gluten Free, because I have Celiac disease, and Low Carb because my son has Diabetes. The cookies were not as sweet as I would have preferred, but, again, we needed Low Carb and the stevia sweeteners, 100% cacao chips and Lupin flour made it possible for us to enjoy cookies, which is not always the case with our dietary restrictions. I'm going to try a pie crust next. I will buy this Lupin Flour again!

Nutritious
Good quality. The dough it makes is quite sticky. The rotis I made with the lupin dough were almost neutral tasting (sort of sour) and not soft. Definitely filling food due to the high fiber content.

Low carb pizza crust!
I love that I found this flour! It is gluten-free, high-protein, and high-fiber, which is important for my diet. I love pizza and can make a crust in my cast iron skillet using this flour. It doesn’t get super crispy, but it does the job for me!

strong bean after taste. watch out.
we made a pizza dough with it and it was better than I thought texture wise. it was fluffy and chewy. only problem is the taste. u can taste the bean after taste no matter what u add.

Vastly overpriced
I bought it to see if all the hype was valid. It wasn't. I used in my keto baking . It worked well but won't buy anymore due to exorbitant cost, and there are a lot of other products in the market,

The product itself is good quality and nothing bad to say but it can not be used as a flour substitute. it is veryyyy dry and gives a tough dough
