I did not purchase this item from AmazonSeller for fairness I gave it four stars because I didn’t buy it from the seller but it’s exactly the same thing and I couldn’t give one star if I did not purchase this item from an Amazon seller.. I purchased this item from Temu.. I don’t know if you guys are placing the device correctly, but I have added two pictures so you can see. If not try again I got relief it’s just magnets inside of a silicone covering. But I do understand how you feel when you buy some thing and there’s no instruction and you do not get relief are the intended purpose did not work.
