Is there a technical drawing available for the dimensions of this pcb? i want to know the mounting hole size reference to the pcb.

I haven't seen a diagram, however, the 2 mounting holes are 3.25mm (.125) dia. and are 8.54mm (.336) apart. They are located 5.6mm from the connection (back) end and 9.62mm (.379) from micro usb end. The port extends 1.39mm (.054) past the board. Hopefully this helps.

What are the dimensions of the pcb on which the USB port is mounted?

it measures about 0.637" x 0.549" x 0.14" (including the metal USB connector).

Could this be hot glued in place inside a plastic box?

Yes if you are careful or you could just use the two holes in the adaptors to mount them via small screws with nuts to any surface. Plastic boxes are very easy to drill holes in to mount the screws.
