Runs great! Very reliable & cold!
I've used this a couple 2-3 summers now. It has worked fantastically! It is for the bedroom, the feature that the air output is upward is terrific! When it needs replacing, it will be one of the same!

Small but powerful.
The compact size was perfect for the small windows in my 12'x20' workshop. I am keeping cool in our 100 degree heat while continuing to work on projects. The area is also used to exercise our dogs in the extreme heat. We have a bouncy net at one end of the shop. They love it.

It is working very well. I built it into the wall. Very quiet. Good value.

Not worth the risk.
Poor quality control. I purchased the unit 3 years ago as a backup for a secondary bedroom (10 X 12 room). I didn't need to install it till now and the unit had been sitting in the box in the room since I received it. I spent 2 hrs prepping the install and getting unit put in, only to find out the unit doesn't cool. I had a HVAC guy look at it and he told me the unit was low on freon and it would cost more to repair it than it's worth. Needless to say I have a $250 paperweight an am not happy with this unit.

Cold air but louder than expected
Puts out some very cold air but this thing is not designed for a small room because if the noise level. I installed it in my bedroom and when I turn it on I have to to really crank up the volume on my TV in order to hear it over the unit. Decent unit for the price but would I buy it again, probably not.
