wet n wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Makeup Palette 10 Pan, Not a Basic Peach

I purchased these Wet n Wild eyeshadow colors after seeing it in 2 different utube videos in which both women have a very large following. Both generally gravitate towards the high end beauty products, but once in a while they will pop something on their screen that many of us on a budget can swing! I was lucky enough to find one of these very reasonably priced pallets here and it was a HUGE slam dunk for me! All of the colors are neutrals with 5 being matte and 5 being a shimmer. I am over 43 so wearing a shimmer has been something I have been NOT doing for about the last 5 years for fear its going to look crinkley on my eyelids. Maybe because this is a very fine shimmer and not a chunky shimmer or glitter like some of the Urban Decay ones I still have from years past? I find that ALL of these shades are SUPER wearable and (imo 😏) don't age me. I did prime my lids one time using the Urban Decay Original Eyeshadow Primer Potion in the purple tube, then lightly dusted with translucent powder before going in with the eyeshadows. The results were pretty good for a Wet n Wild product and even though i had some creasing with my heavy/oily eyelids...it lasted about 6 1/2 until I washed it all off. BUT then...because I could, and had the stuff to do it...I primed my eyelids with MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot in the color Painterly so it evened out the color of my entire eyelid in flesh tone and let it dry without setting powder. I then applied these Wet n Wild colors to my eyelids. The grip that the Paint Pot gives by using that as your primer is so much better. I was a bit worried with the grip it wouldn't blend, but it did. I didnt have any patchy spots at all. The colors are quite pigmented and picked up on both my Ecco Tools brushes and Ulta store brand brushes just fine. I have not used the black to line or shadow, so I have no feedback on that particular. All the others perform remarkable when using a primer to the extent that you would never guess this was a less than $5 cosmetic item! Definitely recommend this product.

Got this eyeshadow pallet at a reasonable price love all the colors especially the nudes shades which I mostly wear it glides on nicely doesn't come with a brush but that's ok have my own it's powdery not a creamy eyeshadow many shades to choose from

grew up in the 90’s when Wet n Wild was kind of “taboo,” so I honestly never paid much attention to the brand back then. Recently, I decided to try several of their products and see how they really hold up. I’m so glad I did, because this eyeshadow palette is really nice. The colors are pretty, blend well, and are surprisingly pigmented for the price. They apply smoothly and don’t look chalky. I use the Wet n Wild jelly as a primer underneath, and with that combo, the eyeshadow stays on great throughout the day with very little fading. For an affordable palette, this performs much better than I expected. It’s a great option if you want quality makeup without spending a lot. I’ll definitely be trying more from this brand! 💕

For those of us who have a more minimal routine, these are great. They are NOT super pigmented which is good for those of us who are looking for a more natural eye look. However it is very buildable if you want to make it more dramatic. It’s very affordable with a lot of colors to try new looks.

Considering the cheap price, it's okay. I use eyeshadow as eyeliner and this transferred a lot to my lower lash line. I'd recommend the e.l.f. palette instead but it's a bit pricier.

This is my most used makeup palette. I’ve been using it for years in the old packaging. I loved the old packaging because the large cool and warm brown on the ends. I use these as powder bronzer and contour, makes it so easy to use. The only con with the old packaging is the cases broke very easily. If I could de-pot them and put them in a new palette I would. Instead I’d have to rubber band the case to travel. I do not use the shimmer shades that much as I have better ones, however the browns, rose and copper colors are very useful. The colors fade if you don’t lock them with a setting spray, but I don’t mind my eyeshadow fading after many hours.

Die Farben sind schön pigmentiert und blenden wirklich gut an sich. Leider sehen die Farben komplett anders auf dem Auge aus als in der Palette. Das „rot“ ist eigentlich irgendwie lila, was ich in meinem Look mir nicht vorgestellt hat. Die Transitionfarben sind auch sehr dunkel, weswegen sie keine Transition für mich wären. Die Farbzusammenstellung sah sehr ansprechend aus, wirkt auf dem Auge aber zu willkürlich.

Voilà de quoi s'amuser! Mixer les couleurs, faire un maquillage simple ou plus appuyé. Je suis fan de cette marque dont la qualité ne déçoit pas.
