Unpredictable Effect
I have used up a box (6 doses at 2 per). Each time I got a different reaction. Only one was fully satisfactory in terms of deepening sleep and providing a feeling of refreshment upon waking up. Other reactions varied from none to slight to "didn't sleep well at all but spent next day groggy".There may be a problem with the dosing/spreading of the active ingredient, or the coating may be finicky, dissolving easily in some stomach conditions, or very slowly in others.The packaging of the 2-capsule dose is hard to open and the capsules very hard to remove from the individual wrap.
