Installation and usage of the HP 1000 series printer
The product is reliable quality , however it requires extra efforts to first download the HP smart app and then the driver software from it for the printer . Once the driver software is installed then the HP laptop can detect the printer and start printing. It took quite a time to go through this exercise . This should have been provided as an installation guide along with the printer but it was totally missing . I had to check it on Internet and search ways and means to connect the printer.

Ideal Printer for Home Office
The printer is easy to install as Windows 10 automatically detects the printer once it is connected and downloads the drivers. In case that doesn't happen, you can go to HP site and download it. Print is crisp and clear. Since it is a laser Printer, you don't have to worry about the ink drying and clogging the nozzles, like in an Inkjet Printer. This is only an initial report as it is only 10 Days since I installed the printer

Very bad experience.... since last 03 days I am struggling to take print out from this Printer. it's not working. No green light indication. I want either a Technician support or return it.

Received with a useless toner cartridge
We received the printer earlier and it was very easy to install, but unfortunately we could not make a single printing of our choice, the printer showed an error message as soon as it was set up (toner cartridge empty), and at first refused any printing... After some time we could finally get a test page, but almost blank in the center ! For this reason we give only 3 stars.
