What if my printer does not recognize the ink cartridges?

Remove and reinstall the cartridges, repeating 1-3 times. If the problem continues, gently clean the nozzle and chip using the provided cleaning wipe, then reinstall the cartridges.

How is the print quality?

Delivers sharp text and vibrant colors with premium quick-dry ink. Prints stay clean, smudge-free, and consistent—ideal for documents, charts, and photos.

Can they be refilled with ink?

No, these cartridges cannot be refilled. We do not recommend refilling them as it may affect their performance.

What's the difference between standard and XL cartridges?

XL cartridges hold more ink than standard ones. They print significantly more pages, which is often double the standard yield. This means lower cost per page.

Should I choose a black or a color cartridge?

If you mainly print text documents, invoices, reports, or forms, the black cartridge is sufficient. If you often print images, presentations, charts, schoolwork, or photos, using both black and color cartridges is recommended.
