This magnet is great for stop locks and short mambas. However, it is not strong enough to unlock turtles or long mambas. Still comes in handy at my job.

smaller than i thought itd be, but! it looks nice on my keychain and the screw on cap makes it so nothing is getting pulled to the magnet a bunch. The hook is a nice feature.Its about the same width of the glue stick (a US nickel is another comparison)Its lightweight, for being made of metalAnd i wouldnt know if it removes tags but it seems strong enough to, it definitely shocked me when i first tested it.

I needed one of these to get a security tag off of a purchase I have that I didn't know was there until I got home. The product advertised looks like what the site shows, but the magnet itself does not work. I've seen videos on how it's *supposed* to unlock what it's supposed to, but this key doesn't do that. Save your money. It's a trap.

i ordered pants online that came with the in-store sensor attached & this did the trick! can leave the magnet cap screwed on for a weaker pull or unscrew to get its full force

Don't listen to the reviews that say this is not a strong magnet, because it veryuch is. There is a cap on it that needs to be taken off for it to work properly. The only downside is that the cap is screwed on, which is a little difficult for my usage, but I make do.

I guess these are pretty hit and miss as far as how well they work. I bought one for myself because the ones at work were not effective. I thought a brand new one would be better, but I was wrong. There are only 2 at work that open everything we need them for, and they have been confiscated by two lucky people. The rest of us have a 50/50 shot of these things doing what we need, and most of the time you have to coax and struggle with them and cross your fingers that they might work. There’s no way I’d waste money on another one in hopes it was better.

Was hesitant on reviews, but lost our magnetic key when moving and needed for a security magnet on a safety device. Works as expected! Is the key on the left, the top is flat- whereas our original was sunken in.
