Works great for me
This works fine for me. However, for me the card needs to be plugged into the card reader BEFORE I plug the card reader into the USB port. Otherwise no other issues.

Just as good as the much more expensive name brand adaptors. I've been using this for my work from home setup. I have my laptop connected to two external monitors. Then also have wired keyboard and mouse. Both of these are backlit so I used the wired ones instead of going through batteries on the wireless keyboard and mouse. I have had no issues with this setup for almost a year now.

Great build quality, my sister loves it.
I bought it as a gift, it has an excellent build quality and has plenty of ports but takes a lil bit for her phone to recognise but that could just be her iPhone other than that it’s great.
