very easy to set up however, you tighten it too tight it might be lopsided so just be wary. they are very cute in my kitchen and inspired me to get more Nathan James products. I feel comfortable sitting on the stools and they are strong

You should know that there is a fair amount of DIY to put this chair together, but since that is disclosed in the ad, I wasn't shocked. I really like the look and quality of this chair, and I have purchased two. To be fair, the first time I bought it, I thought it was a 2 pack, so to my surprise, it was just one chair (for the price of what I thought to be 2). Despite my flub, I kept the chair and later ordered another after deciding it was worth 2x what I thought. It's substantial and comfortable, goes really well with my decor.

I’m in love! When I added it to my cart, the color was listed as “brown/white,” but after I purchased it, the name changed to “light beige.” I was so worried it wouldn’t be the same as the photo, but it turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for. The chair is gorgeous, sturdy, and honestly looks way more expensive than it was. The seat is super comfortable too, despite some reviews saying it was hard. My husband put them together at night, and the next morning I woke up so happy seeing them in my kitchen. Even more beautiful than I expected. Highly recommend!

Very stylish! Very firm and well made. I took 1 star off because I think the fabric could have been better for the price. Also noticed a little piece of the weave tearing a bit. I still recommend them as they are an asset to my decor.

These are absolutely gorgeous! I love the warmer wood color. It is super high quality and has so far withstood our toddler. It was really easy for me to put together by myself. It took about 20 minutes for each chair! I sometimes work on my kitchen island and have found it really comfy to sit in for a long period of time. It’s a good size and weight - not too small or too large!

Experienced same issue as "Teri M." Ordered four and only received two. Instead of sending two more, Amazon insisted that I return the two and was "welcome to make another order." What a waste of time. For the two I did receive, I would describe the quality as average. Nothing special and definitely not worth $900+ for a set of four.

Look of the chair is adorable, quality of the purchase is off. I have been sent the wrong color chair twice. I have been sent chairs where the cane is either damaged or clearly has been repaired. I’m not sure if this is an Amazon issue, or a Nathan James issue.

After shopping around I ordered a pair of two and a single. I decided to spring. The extra $60 bucks on these over other aesthetically comprable options on Amazon. Then they arrived. The quality of materials and build far exceeded my expectations for an “Amazon” product. After encountering an issue I was immediately connected to a lovely human who sat on the phone with me and helped me ensure I had purchased the right size for my counter, guiding me through measuring and getting me what I needed next day. AND also sent a super thoughtful "thanks for your patience" detail a month later. This is the type of product and service that I was convinced went out the window years ago with fast (everything). I will shop this brand from now on. As someone who works in fashion and lifestyle, I own and have sold high end designer pieces that do not compare in quality of materials and construction. I would recommend shopping Nathan James over the big home decor and furnishings retailers any day!

Loving these new stools for our basement bar/kitchenette. They are good quality and easy to put together. They are on trend and look great!

They’re longer than usual and not comfortable. They’re not worth the price. I have returned it already.

It is so pretty, confortable and wide enough, I can sit on it for a long time. Very happy with this purchase. :)

High quality and great shape. Don’t think the stiffness on the seat will matter as much if it softens up overtime. Could also put something over it like a chain but really not bothered by it at all.
